The Seagroatt Companies
To Qualify
The Seagroatt Companies are Wholesale Only. We only sell to the retail trade. We require customers to fill out a New Customer Application and a Tax Resale Certificate. Customer applications must be approved prior to purchasing.
Payment
All orders are C.O.D. unless a credit account has been previously established with our Account Receivable Department. We accept Cash, VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
Our Guarantee
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of any of the products you receive from us, you may return that item within 48 hours for full credit or replacement.
Requests for credit or replacement must be made to your sales representative within 48 hours of delivery. Credit can not be issued for products returned without prior notification.
Returned products must be addressed to the attention of your sales representative and be clearly labeled with:
- Account Number
- Customer Name
- Invoice Date
- Reason for Return
