Delivery Driver (Full & Part-time)

Description

Full Time Delivery Drivers: Pack & Deliver cut flowers, floral supplies, and plants to retail florists. Check invoices & product quality to ensure the correct products are packed and shipped to our customers. Responsible for COD payments and preparing accurate delivery information. Candidates must be able to safely operate a 16' cube van (CDL not required). We will train, if necessary. Typically 8-10 hours/day, 4-6 days/week plus alternate Saturdays. Daytime & night time shifts may be available. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, and retirement.

Part-Time Delivery Driver: Part-time drivers have the same responsibilities as full time drivers, except they typically work 2 - 4 days/week. Partial days may also be considered. Daytime & night time shifts may be available. Retirees looking for extra income are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Reliable, dependable, & courteous
• Good customer service attitude
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Ability to read manifests & work orders
• Be able to lift & carry 60 lb boxes
• Attention to details
• Team player
• Reasonably clean drivers license (A DMV abstract will be required prior to employment)
• Be able to pass a DOT physical
• Clean Criminal History
• Drivers are subject to drug testing
• Neat appearance
• Starting Pay: $10 / hour
