Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Description

Our distribution facilities are looking for a full-time administrative assistant to work in a fast-paced, warehouse environment.
This person's responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering multi-line phones
  • Posting payments to customer accounts
  • Preparing bank deposits
  • Contacting customers with their delivery totals
  • Assisting with the collection of past due accounts in a win-win professional manner that maintains good customer relations
  • Running daily, weekly and monthly accounting reports
  • Enter data into Excel Spreadsheets and Word Documents

Typical hours are M-F: 8:00am - 4:30pm, plus alternate Saturdays 7am - 11am. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, and retirement.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel required
  • Accounting and accounts receivable experience preferred

Starting Pay: $11.00 / hour
